I have known Robbie Bell for around 15 years now. First as a Tackle Dealer and for quite a few years now as a good friend. During that time he has developed tremendously as a Fly Fisherman and we regularly fish together.

Robbie is always on the lookout for innovative ideas and I think he enjoys talking about fishing almost as much as actually doing it. He is a genuine all round Fly Angler as much at home on the River as on a Stillwater. He is a regular Season Ticket Holder on the Tweed and Teviot where he is equally at home fishing for Grayling in the Winter as well as Trout and Grayling from April to September.

I have made many purchases in the Game Fair shop over the years and have always been impressed by the service offered by Margaret and Robbie.

I wish them all the best in the future and particularly good luck with the new website.

I first got to know Robbie in 1998 when he approached me through a mutual friend and asked if I would show him around Rutland Water.

Since then we have gradually become really good friends and we have got in the habit of practising for the English National Eliminators together.

I was absolutely delighted when in 2003 Robbie qualified for the Full English team.

During the time I have known Robbie he has continued to grow as an angler and I am frequently amazed at the small improvements and new thinking that he comes up with.

As well as fishing together on a regular basis we talk frequently on the phone. I have found these conversations invaluable for my own fishing as we constantly review problems and scenarios, often coming up with potential solutions, new tactics and ideas.

Robbie's knowledge of fishing tackle is absolutely first class and his and Margaret's service is absolutely excellent.

I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Hi Everybody.

I first met Robbie in 1996 when he attended a Fly-Fishing Lecture I was giving.

It was obvious to me then and still is now that here was a person with an almost limitless appetite for fly-fishing knowledge.

We have become good mates during the intervening years a have shared quite a number of fishing days together, as well as having long and detailed telephone calls.

Robbie and Margaret have a really nice well stocked shop and anyone who has dealings with them can do so in confidence. Good luck with the new website and your International later this year.

I have been the Shakespeare agent for Margaret and Robbie's shop for around ten years now. During that time I have watched the business steadily grow culminating in last year's major building extension.
